2.1 Service Agreements
Services will be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in a written service agreement or quote.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested work falls outside our expertise, violates applicable laws, or poses safety risks.
2.2 Scheduling and Access
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property where services will be performed.
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement, which may be coordinated through https://russellshvacmaine.com/. Delays caused by the Customer (e.g., failure to provide access) may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
2.3 SMS & EMAIL

Customers must ensure the work area is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must inform us of any known issues with the property that may affect service performance (e.g., electrical or structural concerns).
6. Limitation of Liability
Russell's HVAC, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or property damage, except as required by Maine law.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or unsafe working conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
9. Changes to Terms
